Easier Done Than Said: The Opposite Of "Easier Said Then Done"

Hey Guys, here's a QUESTION that's on my mind. Try your best to come up with an answer for it. The question is this:
Opposite of the phrase "easier said than done", Name something that's EASY TO DO but HARD TO SAY on the terms of admitting that it's done or that people do it or that it exist in the world and society today

  1. Any of the illegal vices. It's easy to do drugs and fuck sex workers, but when those things aren't allowed and/or are frowned upon (for good reason when your money is probably going into fuelling the activities of criminal gangs) then of course it's hard to talk.
Adultery is easy to commit. Admitting to adultery is a hard talk. There's a good chance that a person lacking the courage and courtesy to discuss their relationship problems before cheating might not talk honestly after either. Silence is probably a uniting feature with all the taboos.
Even among law abiding citizens, we find it quite easy to turn a blind eye from the horrific wartime suffering of others abroad (e.g. Syria and the Mexican Drug War) while only paying the slightest pathetic lip service with short news night segments, and other light factual entertainment programs. We only started murmuring a bit about Syria years after, when it couldn't really be ignored anymore. I first heard about it from my Syrian friend when it was beginning, but it was at least a year or two until it was common knowledge. Don't even get me started on the Naziesque Orwellian apocalypse happening in the Philippines. That's only really being talked about now, even though it's been going on for a long time, ask people on the street/your office/school/etc and too many will not know what the fuck you're talking about, but they'll probably know shit loads about reality TV, football, or some other inane bullshit. The very act of addressing these garbage-culture/education-crisis elephants in the room is something that doesn't get talked about. Any hint of critical thought tends to be treated as a 'conversation killer' by too many folks.
Telling people the truth is hard to say. Try telling someone you know who is obese that you're concerned about them because being so overweight is about as dangerous as smoking. There's a good chance you'll get shouted at for fat shaming instead of being thanked for your concern.
