When it comes to the terms of exercising, going to the gym, keeping fit, maintaining healthy and staying in shape, knowing that it's a hobby or habit that you see men do more, even though you have women out there that do it just as much and it being something that is populated with men more than women on average, to all the men that only have the habit or hobby of exercising or going to the gym for the sake of female validation, attention from women or appearing more physically attractive to women, yes as people say, that can be a benefit, but at the same time you need to understand that that benefit isn't a 100% guarantee, on the terms of the fact that some of you can or will go into and enter habit, thinking that will be the outcome, and then from there ,when you do better your physical appearance that will come as a result luckily, and then some of you can go into that habit, think that will be the result but then from there, nothing happens and it won't be the outcome, based on the fact that, yes even though you're in better shape than what you were before you got into the habit of going to the gym and exercising, to some women if not a lot of them, you're still average or normal looking on the terms of appearance so don't fully put your trust and faith in that. Besides, not only that, but it's also the case of where in which some women don't necessarily like or aren't big fans of or don't have a preference for men who workout or go to the gym, any way, even though there are some that do admire it and see it as being good to do or have.
